- The book is in new, unused, and resellable condition (i.e., no signs of wear, damage, or markings).
- The refund request is made within 03 days of the delivery date.

 2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email address or phone number] within 03 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Instructions: After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the book(s). Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Issuance: Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they are in new condition, we will issue a refund to your bank Account. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged book, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. You may be asked to send photos of the damage for our records.

4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, cancellations are no longer possible as the order may have already been processed or shipped.

5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to any new purchases made after the date of posting.
